We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Contact our client care team with your order number and the piece you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange collection or provide instructions for sending it back to our Karachi studio.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders.
Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and we'll hold the replacement piece for you while your original item is on its way back to us.
Every Noriana piece is made in Pakistan and made to last. If a seam, button, or finish needs attention within the first year, reach out to our client care team - many repairs are complimentary.
Domestic returns are complimentary. Return shipping for international orders may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
For any questions about a return or repair, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
